Choosing the right officiant for your wedding day!

I have been a wedding officiant for 6 1/2 years. In my part time I have married more than 450 couples. I have experienced many personalities.

Something that occurs in the officiating world is couples having "someone they know" officiate their wedding. I do not recommend this at all. I am not being selfish with this recommendation, I am being very frank. I have filled in for many couples because the "someone they know" changed their mind, had other plans, etc. Although "someone they know" may offer their service for free, getting a cheap or free service on your wedding day, one of the most important days of your life, is not worth it.

My rates are not high. There are officiants in Tucson who charge double what I charge. There are officiants in the Phoenix area that charge triple what I charge. I am experienced, professional, very efficient and flexible. You will not get any of these traits for free with "someone you know"!
